Our Alco-Sensor VXL Re-Calibration Service provides precise, manufacturer-standard calibration to ensure your breath alcohol testing device delivers legally defensible and highly accurate results. Proper calibration is essential for any DOT-compliant alcohol testing program and protects your organization from invalid tests, liability issues, and enforcement actions. (Return Shipping Only Available in the USA.) What This Service Includes Full functional check of your Alco-Sensor VXL to verify the instrument powers on, initializes, and performs correctly. Calibration using certified NIST-traceable gas standards following industry and DOT/ASCLD guidelines. Zero and span checks to confirm the sensor responds accurately at both baseline and known concentrations. Adjustment of internal calibration values to restore accuracy when drift is detected. Device cleaning and inspection, including mouthpiece port, fuel cell, and external housing. Printout/Report of calibration results for your compliance records, including date, technician initials, gas lot, and instrument serial number. Sticker/label update with the next required calibration date per your program’s standards. Why Re-Calibration Is Important Ensures DOT compliance for breath alcohol technicians and employers. Maintains accuracy of BAC readings and prevents invalid or inconclusive results. Reduces liability exposure for employers using breath testing equipment. Recommended Calibration Frequency Every 6 months, or After 1,500 tests, or Anytime the device shows signs of drift, error codes, or inconsistent readings.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please allow up to 1-hour notice. If you miss your appointment and fail to provide a 1-hour notice prior to cancellation your payment and or deposit is non-refundable. Please arrived at the time of your booking. Thank you. Because many of our services involve preparation, travel, and documentation handling, we have the following refund policy in place: General Policy All sales are considered final once a service has been completed. Refunds are not issued for services that have been rendered, including but not limited to notarizations, fingerprinting, I-9 verifications, drug screenings, or specimen collection. Prepaid Appointments & Deposits Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Subject to a non-refundable $50 service fee to cover lost time and availability. Mileage fees, when approved and invoiced separately, are non-refundable once travel has occurred. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Short-notice rescheduling may incur a service charge or require rebooking based on availability. Errors or Disputes If you believe an error occurred in your billing or service, please contact us within 3 business days of your appointment. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, issue a partial or full refund or offer a complimentary re-service.
