Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Queen City Notary & Verification Services offers mobile and in-office services including (but not limited to):

• Notary services

• I-9 employment verification

• Ink & roll fingerprinting

• Drug and specimen collection

• Apostille services (coming soon)

All services are provided in accordance with North Carolina law and applicable federal regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that any documents you present are accurate and ready for notarization or processing.

Scheduling & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Certain services may require pre-payment or mileage approval. Mileage is billed separately at $0.70 per mile (round trip), and must be approved before services are confirmed.

Queen City Notary & Verification Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, inclement weather, or client failure to provide required documentation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Refunds for pre-paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for time or travel.

Refund Policy

All sales are considered final once a service has been completed. Refunds are not issued for services that have been rendered, including but not limited to notarizations, fingerprinting, I-9 verifications, drug screenings, or specimen collection.

Prepaid Appointments & Deposits

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Subject to a non-refundable service fee.

• Mileage fees, once travel has occurred, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances include:

• Failure to provide valid ID or required documentation

• Refusal to sign

• Unsigned/incomplete paperwork

• Client tardiness preventing service

Billing Errors or Disputes
Contact us within 3 business days of service for review. We will assess concerns and may issue a refund or re-service if appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Queen City Notary & Verification Services is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not verify the truthfulness or legality of the contents of any documents presented for service.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information shared with us for service purposes is kept confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Mileage Policy

A mileage fee of $0.70 per mile (round trip) will be applied for travel from our office location to the appointment site and back. This fee is billed separately and will be sent via a separate invoice for your review and approval prior to service. The appointment will not be confirmed until the mileage invoice is approved and paid. The mileage fee is non-refundable. You have the right to cancel the appointment if you disapprove of the mileage. Only one location is permitted for the appointment. The appointment address is not permitted to be changed unless the original appointment is cancelled, and a new one is created. You will not be issued a refund if you cancel the appointment. Please ensure the correct address is given along with your contact information, in the event you may need to be reached. If you cannot be reached after 3 attempts, your appointment will be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued.
