Refund Policy

At Queen City Notary & Verification Services, we take pride in providing accurate, professional, and timely services. Because many of our services involve preparation, travel, and documentation handling, we have the following refund policy in place:

General Policy
All sales are considered final once a service has been completed. Refunds are not issued for services that have been rendered, including but not limited to notarizations, fingerprinting, I-9 verifications, drug screenings, or specimen collection.

Prepaid Appointments & Deposits

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Subject to a non-refundable service fee to cover lost time and availability.

Mileage fees, when approved and invoiced separately, are non-refundable once travel has occurred.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Short-notice rescheduling may incur a service charge or require rebooking based on availability.

Errors or Disputes
If you believe an error occurred in your billing or service, please contact us within 3 business days of your appointment. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, issue a partial or full refund or offer a complimentary re-service.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Failure to provide proper identification or documentation

Refusal to sign or complete required forms

Unsigned or incomplete documents presented at the appointment

Client tardiness that prevents timely service
