The observer plays an essential role in ensuring the integrity of the testing process by discreetly monitoring same-gender donors during collection, reporting any unusual behavior, and maintaining strict compliance with all procedures. This is an as-needed, part-time position, ideal for someone seeking flexible work in a professional setting.
The ideal candidate must be male (as required for direct observation), reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times. While prior experience in drug testing, compliance, or healthcare is helpful, it is not required, as training will be provided. Candidates should be punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable following strict protocols to ensure accuracy and fairness in every collection.
